News on HS2 in Northants

We are setting up our compound and temporarily diverting the A43 to carry out our construction activities. This will include:

1. Ground Investigation (GI) works

2. Utility works and surveys including trial holes

3. Build an access into the compound

4. Setting up a works compound

5. Localised clearance of vegetation and fencing

6. Excavation, movement and storage of earthworks

To carry out our work on the northbound carriageway, we will need to close the A43 between the Northampton Road Brackley roundabout (BP roundabout) and the Syresham Junction, Welsh Road, overnight from 20:00 to 6.00am. The closure will be in place on nights only, from Sunday 23 May to Friday 28 May.
